Safeway in Colorado is seeking a Meat Cutter to prepare beef, poultry, and other meats for display, ensuring high quality and accurate labeling. You will trim, package, and portion products, assist customers with special cut requests, and help keep the department organized and clean.

The role requires experience in meat cutting or food prep, the ability to operate knives, grinders, and slicers, and a commitment to sanitation and safety in refrigerated environments.

Qualifications

• Past meat cutting or food preparation experience required.
• Ability to operate power equipment such as saws, grinders, and slicers following training and safety guidelines.
• Must be able to work in refrigerated environments and maintain sanitation standards.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
