Under direct supervision, you will handle all aspects of meat counter operations including cutting, trimming, deboning, and packaging meat, poultry, and seafood products while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You will cut meat to size for display or customer orders, restock displays, and help keep the area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior meat cutter experience at a grocery store required.
• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Friendly, people oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim meat to size for display or as ordered by customers.
• Maintain knives and cutting equipment; keep work area clean.
• Restock and organize displays; support store needs as required.
• Assist Meat Wrapper and Clerk as needed.
