Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, sealing, packaging, wrapping, labeling, and merchandising of meat products in accordance with company policies.
• Keep department temperature logs accurately updated and maintained.
• Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Check product quality; ensure proper rotation and freshness.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, coolers clean and well organized.
• Provide good customer and associate relations and communicate effectively with customers.
• Unload trucks, sort orders, and place items in proper cooler locations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per health department policies.
