• Ability to work with cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate certain equipment.
• Meat work experience or similar experience in food preparation.

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, safety, and food handling

Responsibilities

• Cutting, grinding, slicing, and preparing meat items.
• Stock and display meat items safely.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Keep dept and coolers clean and organized.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers.
• Unload trucks and manage inventory in proper coolers.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policies and health dept guidelines.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
