Job summary

Qualifications

• Meat cutter certification or equivalent training completed.
• Power jack training completed as per requirement.
• Experience in meat department operations and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, trims, bones meat for display or as ordered, following company standards.
• Operates electric grinder, saw, knife sharpener, tenderizer, and slicer.
• Weighs, wraps, and labels products; rotates stock accordingly.
• Maintains food safety and sanitation standards in the department.
• Provides assistance to customers and answers questions about products.
