This fast-paced role requires efficiency and a passion for excellence. Candidates should have at least 2 years of meat cutting experience and be at least 18 years old; certification within 90 days

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of department products and assist guests across departments.
• Handle, slice, cut, and trim meat and seafood to standards.
• Monitor cases, temperatures, and storage areas.
• Ensure freshness and quality through proper receiving, stocking, and unloading of deliveries.
• Adhere to safety and food safety protocols.
