Qualifications

• Meat cutter training and certification within 3 months.
• Completion of power jack training.
• Certification by trainer of the Meat Cutter Final Assessment course #001289 within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, trims, bones meat for display or as ordered.
• Weights, wraps, labels product packages for counter display.
• Rotates product in meat cooler and follows storage practices.
• Operates grinder, saw, slicer and related equipment.
• Assists customers with product questions and selections.
