Job summary

Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, and boning meat for display, operating grinders and slicers, weighing and labeling packages, and assisting customers with selections, all while maintaining sanitation and rotation practices.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related meat-cutting experience.
• Knowledge of product rotation, sanitation and shrink awareness.
• Completion of Meat Cutter training and certification (course #001289) within 3 months.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, trims, bones meat for display or as ordered.
• Operates grinder, saw, sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weights, wraps and labels packages for counter display.
• Maintains rotation and sanitation of display cases per standards.
• Provides superior customer service and assists customers with selections.
