Albertsons Companies Inc. in Londonderry, NH is looking for a Meat Cutter to prepare fresh beef and other meats, trim and label products, and display them to meet quality standards while assisting customers with special cut requests.

You will operate knives, grinders, and saws, maintain clean, safe work areas, and stock the department while following food-safety guidelines in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior meat cutting or food preparation experience required.
• Operate power equipment safely following training and guidelines.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Work in refrigerated environments and maintain sanitation standards.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with food safety, sanitation and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh beef and other meats for display and sale.
• Trim, portion, wrap, label, and stock products.
• Assist customers with special cut requests and inquiries.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Support merchandising and ensure visual quality of displays.
