Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Meat Cutter to prepare beef, poultry, and other meats for display while ensuring quality, trimming, labeling, and accurate portioning.

You will assist customers with special cut requests and help keep the department organized and well-stocked. Role requires experience in meat cutting or food prep, ability to operate saws/grinders/slicers safely, and willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a refrigerated environment with

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in meat cutting or food preparation.
• Ability to operate power equipment (saws, grinders, slicers) with safety training.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and maintain sanitation.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including food safety and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beef, poultry, and other meat products for display with proper trimming and labeling.
• Interact with customers and fulfill special cut requests.
• Keep the department organized, stocked, and operating smoothly.
