Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Meat Processor/Customer Service Associate to maintain meat, market, and seafood displays and fulfill special customer requests. You will rotate stock, ensure freshness, and promote great service in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and cutting to size.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label product using hand tools.
• Clean, assemble, and prepare machinery; operate equipment.
• Check product quality and ensure safety and labeling standards.
• Stack pallets and organize product per company standards.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented help and fulfill special cuts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area.
