Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED; related experience acceptable.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep market and seafood cases full, rotated, and fresh with prepackaged meats.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label products as needed.
• Promote customer service and answer customer questions.
• Train and develop partners, schedule, and direct work with upper management.
• Review historical data regarding sales, ads and promotions; assist with inventory and orders.
• Ensure quality control and food safety standards; inspect products for aroma, texture, and color.
• Maintain cooler and freezer organization per company guidelines.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards.
