Responsibilities

• Process meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and cutting to proper thickness and size.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label product using hand tools.
• Clean, assemble and prepare machinery; operate and regulate speed; ensure proper function.
• Check product quality and ensure food safety standards are met; observe labeling requirements.
• Provide friendly customer service; greet customers and fulfill special cut requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area following safety procedures.
