Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and 21+ to drive per policy.
• High school diploma or GED and 1+ years related experience, or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by trimming, grinding, cutting to size and weight.
• Cut, weigh, package, label products with accuracy.
• Prepare machinery and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist customers with special cuts and provide friendly service.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area and follow safety procedures.
