Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• HS Diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by cutting, trimming, grinding, and portioning to specified thickness and size.
• Fill, weigh, package, and label products; ensure cases are full and rotated for freshness.
• Provide friendly customer service; assist with special cuts and respond to customer requests.
• Operate and maintain department equipment; ensure machinery is safe and functioning.
