Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in El Dorado, AR is seeking a Meatcutter to process meat products, prepare special cuts, and keep market and seafood cases full and fresh. You will rotate stock, assist customers with custom cuts, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, with a High School diploma or GED and some related experience; Food Handler certification is required. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and work flexible shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by trimming, grinding, and cutting to proper sizes.
• Cut, weigh, package and label product.
• Ensure cases are full and rotate stock according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Provide friendly customer service and fulfill special cut requests.
