Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and cutting to size.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label product with precision.
• Clean, assemble, and prepare machinery; operate equipment.
• Check product for quality and safety; ensure proper labeling.
• Stack pallets and store product according to efficiency standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with special cuts.
