MEAT CUTTER - Senior Meat Cutter, demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of Meat production as per Department standards, working in the Cutting Room, and responsible for preparing Meat items for sale. Responsibilities include following the cutting list for maximum yield and productivity, answering customer requests, providing custom cuts, grinding, chipping, chopping, wrapping, housekeeping, sanitation, and machine maintenance. Secondary duties may include working on the sales floor, stocking, rotating, pricing, merchandising, and assisting customers, especially during evening or weekend shifts.

• Availability: Must be available to work 35+ hours a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Previous Work Experience: Must be a trained and experienced cutter familiar with all phases of meat production.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, bending, stooping, pulling, and pushing, with repetitive lifting up to 50#, occasional lifting up to 100#.

Other Work Considerations: Focus on productivity and customer relations; ability to work with minimal supervision; reliable and dependable.
