Responsibilities include meat cutting, grinding, slicing, tagging, stocking displays, maintaining sanitation, assisting customers, and collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
• Must work with cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle stressful situations calmly and positively with associates and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general product preparation, clean-up and stock work in the Meat department.
• Keep department temperature logs accurately updated and maintained.
• Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Check product quality; ensure proper rotation and fresh products.
• Provide friendly customer service and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Unload trucks, sort orders, and place in proper cooler location.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per health policies.
• Increase store sales and profits in conjunction with operations and marketing programs.
