Responsibilities

• Perform meat department tasks: cutting, grinding, slicing, packaging, labeling, dating, scaling, and displaying products per policy.
• Maintain accurate department temperature logs.
• Stock and display meat items safely and rotated properly.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
• Keep tools and supplies organized and floors clean.
• Provide excellent customer and associate relations and greet customers.
• Unload trucks, sort orders, and place in proper cooler location.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policies.
• Contribute to store sales and support marketing programs.
