Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, packaging, dating, labeling, and merchandising of meat products.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs for the department.
• Stock, display and rotate meat items safely per standards.
• Keep areas, backrooms, coolers, and floors clean and organized.
• Unload trucks and manage orders for proper cooler placement.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per health department guidelines.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers promptly.
• Support store sales goals through collaboration with operations and marketing.
