The Kroger Co. in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Meat Department Associate to assist with general product preparation, stocking, and customer service. You will help maintain quality and safety standards while supporting the department's operations.

Responsibilities include meat cutting-related tasks, labeling, merchandising, and ensuring cleanliness. Weekend and holiday work may be required; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Formación

• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
• Must work with cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, sealing, packaging, labeling, and merchandising meat products.
• Keep department temperature logs updated and maintained.
• Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with standards.
• Check product quality, rotate stock and ensure freshness.
• Maintain clean and organized sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
• Provide friendly customer and associate relations and assist as needed.
