Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, tenderizing, sealing, packaging, wrapping, and labeling meat.
• Keep department temperature logs updated and maintained.
• Stock and display meat items safely per standards.
• Check product quality and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Keep work areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policies.
• Provide friendly service and greet customers promptly.
• Increase store sales in line with marketing programs.
• Maintain a respectful, harassment-free work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Unload trucks, sort orders, and file in proper cooler locations.
