Responsabilités

• Cut, grind, slice, and prepare meat per policy.
• Keep department temperature logs accurately updated.

• Check product quality; rotate as needed to ensure freshness.
• Keep areas clean, organized and safe.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Unload trucks, sort orders and place in proper cooler location.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policies and procedures.
