Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior meat cutting or food preparation experience required.
• Ability to operate power equipment safely with proper training.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and meet sanitation standards.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
