Role requires experience with meat cuts, safe use of knives, grinders, and saws, and ability to work in cold environments. You will keep displays stocked and maintain strict sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Clear communication when assisting customers and fulfilling special cut requests.
• Experience trimming, cutting, and preparing meat products using standard techniques.
• Handling knives, grinders, saws, and wrapping equipment following safety guidelines.
• Accuracy in portioning, packaging, labeling, and maintaining product quality.
• Familiarity with meat cuts, preparation methods, and cooking recommendations.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safe food handling practices.
• Managing workflow while maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
• Maintaining well-stocked and visually consistent meat displays.
• Following company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods, working in cold environments, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
