Responsabilidades

• Receives/unloads shipments, prices products, and stocks cases with proper rotation.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment per company safety and OSHA rules.
• Ensures compliance with weights, measures and labeling laws.
• Greets customers and takes orders.
• Cuts, trays, and packages meat and seafood items for the day.
• Follows safety practices with cutting tools and uses mesh gloves.
• Participates in pre-inventory prep and back stock; tags match products.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
