Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Meat Cutter to join our team in the Meat Department. You will cut, wrap, and prepare fresh and processed meats, and assist with deli items as needed. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety while delivering excellent member service.

The role requires prior meat cutting experience and comfort with wrapping machines. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment that values teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous meat cutting experience is required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines is preferred.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cutting, grinding, wrapping and labeling meat, poultry, and seafood to company standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the meat department.
• Ensure products are properly stocked and rotated according to expiry dates.
• Provide friendly, safe, and helpful service to Members.
