Qualifications

• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and/or cutting to proper thickness and size.
• Cuts, weighs, packages, and labels product.
• Operates and maintains department equipment and machinery.
• Provides friendly customer service, greets customers and fulfills special cuts of meat.
• Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in line with safety procedures.
