Bush Brothers Provision Company in Royal Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Foodservice Meat Cutter / Butcher to join our production team. This hands-on role fabricates high-quality, portion-controlled meat products for the foodservice industry, cutting steaks, chops, roasts, poultry, and other proteins to customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts, with attention to detail, quality, and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years meat cutting or related experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills with precise cuts and trimming.
• Knowledge of beef, pork, poultry cuts and their characteristics.
• Ability to follow detailed cutting and portion specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with labeling and quality.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate steaks, roasts, chops, and other meat products per specs.
• Trim, portion, and cut sub-primal products accurately.
• Complete custom cuts and special orders per customer specs.
• Follow daily production schedules for stock and custom orders.
• Weigh, portion, and label products to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper specs.
• Safely operate knives, saws, and cutting equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
