Qualifications

• Customer interactions and serving customers with accuracy
• Experience trimming, cutting, and preparing meat products
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
• Ability to operate power equipment such as saws, grinders, and slicers
• Maintaining sanitation standards in refrigerated environments
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
