Qualifications

• Previous meat cutting or food handling experience preferred.
• Certification in food safety and handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and package various meat types according to customer specs and store standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat prep area, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Receive and break down meat deliveries, check quality and proper storage conditions.
• Assist customers with meat selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to keep the meat department well-stocked.
