You will engage customers with clear communication, fulfill special cut requests, and maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas. Prior meat-cutting experience and flexibility for early mornings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Prior meat cutting or food preparation experience required.
• Ability to operate power equipment safely.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Able to work in refrigerated environments and maintain sanitation standards.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with food safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beef, poultry, and other meat products for display.
