Qualifications

• Must have meat cutting or food preparation experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate power equipment (saws, grinders, slicers) safely.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and maintain sanitation.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
