Qualifications

• Experience as a meat cutter preferred.
• Awareness of food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to manage inventory and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Rotates cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
• Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler per approved guidelines.
• Sanitizes surfaces between production of different meats to prevent cross-contamination.
• Follows local health department laws and uses admin forms to track inventory.
