Qualifications

• Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter in a grocery/retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Expert Meat Cutting: cut, grind, wrap, and trim meat per standards.
• Butchery Leadership: oversee sales floor safety, sanitation, and inventory.
• Culinary Knowledge: apply butcher knowledge to assist guests and offer best products.
• Quality and Quantity Standards: stock cases with fresh, frozen, and processed items.
• Team Support: assist teammates and maintain Meat Department culture.
• Drive Sales: keep products visually appealing to guests.
• Minimize Waste: follow trim standards and production lists.
• Product Management: ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
• Training: aid in training Utility team members in processes.
• Cleanliness and Safety: maintain department cleanliness and equipment.
• Guest Services: provide expert knowledge at the meat counter.
• Special Orders: fulfill special requests in a timely manner.
