Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by showing care and patience in all interactions.
• Smiles and greets customers; learns and uses customer names when possible.
• Escort customers to products, secure out-of-reach items, assist with loading heavy items.
• Assist in other tasks to enhance shopping experience and team performance.
• Tenders, grinds, and cuts merchandise; prepares cutting lists for case fills.
• Conducts cutting tests; monitors refrigeration temperatures; adheres to hygiene guidelines.
• Reports to work as scheduled; collaborates with team for customer satisfaction.
• Orders new items (not just replenishment) and maintains department standards.
