Responsibilities

• Process meat products by trimming, cutting, weighing and labeling.
• Operate/mechanically assist with meat cutting machinery.
• Ensure product is available and properly displayed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and workstation.
• Greet customers and fulfill special meat-cut requests.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
