Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of safe food handling and safe work habits.
• Lift 35 lbs. regularly and 80-90 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment.
• Sanitation control and QA standards compliance.
• Cut and trim meat according to company specifications.
• Rotate and restock meat in cases and manage product rotation.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
