Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for cutting and merchandising all fresh meat.
2. Assist in ordering, receiving, and displaying all products.
3. Grind and slice meat as needed.
4. Assist in organizing cooler arrangements and stocking.
5. Ensure proper rotation of products.
6. Maintain cleanliness and neatness of display cases and work station.
7. Sanitize and disinfect department twice daily.
8. Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
9. Help enforce and maintain the company's HACCP program.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Availability to attend scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance policies.
