No prior cutting experience is required; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued as you grow your skills with mentorship from experienced meat cutters.

Qualifications

• Basic sanitation knowledge and safe handling of raw meat.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with customers and product questions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods, work in a cold environment.
• Follow instructions and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with fellow associates to support store goals.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn meat department tools.
