What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and the preparation and handling of meat products; ensures quality standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: Maintains work area per policies; ensures quality and date control; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club by delivering high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; uses the Open Door Policy in business practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in some circumstances may include premiums up to $3.00 per hour.
