Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a Meat Cutter, you will cut meat, make important quality decisions, and help deliver a great shopping experience.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with the team and adapt to business needs.
Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, back‑room operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and sanitization; prepare meat products according to standards.
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Maintain operational excellence, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
Advocate for the department and the club by modeling high‑quality service and products, exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and apply it in business processes.
Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; recommend improvement opportunities and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if you receive the position.
