What you'll do

Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation and sanitization of equipment; prepares meat products according to standards; maintains product quality.
Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
Be an Owner: Maintains work area according to company policies; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Models high quality service and products; shows energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; utilizes related action plans; and applies them in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; prioritizes tasks and communicates progress.
