What you'll do

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate effectively; and be flexible to the needs of the business, including working in other areas if needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products according to standards; cut boneless meat; and maintain product quality.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage with associates; use handheld technology to make real-time decisions related to production and quality, encouraging others to do the same.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining the work area, ensuring quality and date control, securing fragile or high-shrink merchandise, eliminating waste, assisting members with purchasing, and ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
• Act as a Talent Ambassador by providing high-quality service, supporting the department and club, and demonstrating energy and passion for the work.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement action plans; communicate effectively; and adapt to changes and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00, with actual pay based on location and experience. Additional premiums may apply depending on schedule and work performed.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of required training and assessments is necessary if hired.
