Our franchise organization, Patel, Patel and Patel dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team! The Meat Cutter’s performance and ability to cut for quality and quantity significantly impact the guest’s dining experience. Top-quality meat cutting ensures the restaurant uses its product to optimize profit and that guests receive full value in both product and service.

Food Production:

• Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Follows the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Rotates cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
• Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler according to approved food safety guidelines.

Cleanliness:

• Sanitizes all surfaces between chicken and other meats to prevent cross-contamination.
• Recognizes signs of bad meat, such as stickiness, slickness, or bad odor.
• Cleans and sanitizes the meat room following cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Adheres to local health department laws.

Operational Excellence:

• Uses administrative forms to maintain an inventory of all meat products and determines production levels.
• Notifies the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
• Completes opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Maintains equipment properly according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
• Performs duty roster tasks.
