Job Title: Meat Cutter

Are you skilled with a knife? We process all of our beef, pork, and chicken in our kitchen. Our Meat Cutter plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of our food. We serve fresh meats in all our recipes!

If you are well-organized, can work independently with minimal supervision, and are ready to take on responsibility, this is the perfect opportunity to start your next career.

The Meat Cutter’s performance, especially in cutting for quality and quantity, significantly impacts our guests' dining experience. Top-quality meat cutting helps us optimize profit and ensures our guests receive full value in both product and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
  • Follows the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
  • Rotates cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
  • Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler following food safety guidelines.
Cleanliness:
  • Sanitizes all surfaces between chicken and other meats to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Recognizes signs of spoiled meat (sticky, slick, bad smell).
  • Cleans and sanitizes the meat room according to standards and local health laws.
Operational Excellence:
  • Uses administrative forms to maintain inventory and production levels.
  • Reports discrepancies in product or equipment to the manager.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintains equipment as per maintenance manuals.
  • Completes duty roster tasks.
  • Works independently, manages productivity, and upholds departmental standards.
