Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a reliable team member to assist in daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind. You will follow the production schedule and support customer service in-store meat operations.

The role requires knowledge of meat processing weights and measures, safety, sanitation, packaging, and inventory control. A current handjack/hilo license is required, with opportunities for advancement within a family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing.
• Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Current handjack/hilo license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities
