Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking entry-level Team Members for the meat department to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation.

You will maintain clean displays, assist with sampling, and provide courteous, friendly service to customers and Team Members while following store SOPs and health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include rotating stock, ensuring accurate signage and pricing, and participating in training sessions.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing displays by checking quality and stocking.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps areas clean and appealing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, and equipment.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
