Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise in fresh and frozen cases.
• Update product pricing as needed.
• Ensure product quality, protection, accuracy and proper rotation in coolers.
• Rewrap meat packages as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and sanitation standards.
• Maintain pork rind rack clean and organized.
• Keep meat displays clean and presentable.
• Store cleaning supplies properly.
• 5:00 am start time.
• Other duties as assigned.
